Forgot to reenable Hover Selection after adding the URL button, so fixed that.
Modified code to use standard Ryppl icon for files with UNC paths (\\server\folder\file.extension) instead of just failing to add the UNC file. The icon can then be changed.

Now you have the ability to manually enter a URL for a web site to create a shortcut button.

Made it so options are saved immediately. Before, if you changed options then moved Shortcut Bar, it would revert back to the previous options.

Now you can set the Sliver option and it will minimize down to an invisible sliver at its left border, but still be available just by running your mouse cursor over it to bring it back to life. You can keep your applications maximized and still have access to the Shortcut Bar!
