Detailed description
Jingle is a simple skill application testing hand-eye coordination. It does not accurately evaluate intoxication levels, however it may help indicate loss of coordination or frame of mind. It does not accurately judge the fitness for operating a vehicle, but it might help identify impairment or justify taking away someone's keys or offering to drive someone home.

The idea is to manipulate your phone to keep the ball inside the circle for the required amount of time. You're allowed three attempts before being forced to restart the application. While it is relatively easy to accomplish while sober, testing has proven that intoxication greatly decreases your chance at success. This could be a very valuable tool.
